Starting from March 26, the company canteen has officially launched a workstation meal delivery service for frontline staff. The service enables flexible dining arrangements, allowing employees to enjoy savory meals conveniently amid busy work schedules.

For food provision, the canteen makes thorough preparations and strictly complies with national food safety standards. Rigorous controls are implemented throughout every procedure, from raw material procurement and food processing to packaging and delivery, ensuring employees can dine safely and healthily. Each set meal includes four dishes and one soup with diversified flavors and balanced nutrition to meet employees’ varied dietary needs. After meals, staff assigned by the Administration Office conduct unified recycling and disposal of meal containers to maintain tidy and orderly work areas.

Quality services rely on employees’ support and feedback. During the trial operation of the meal delivery service, canteen staff extensively collected opinions and suggestions through on-site interviews with employees. Moving forward, two-way communication with employees will be carried out focusing on core aspects including dish taste and service quality to continuously improve service standards and lift employee satisfaction and well-being. The company will further upgrade canteen delivery facilities and adopt more eco-friendly and heat-preserving tableware to deliver an enhanced dining experience. Meanwhile, more practical initiatives benefiting employees will be explored to build a better working environment.
