In response to the requirements of the Chlor-Alkali Division’s initiative Happy Cube · Full Warmth, the company raised medical check-up standards to translate employee care into concrete actions. Building on the 2024 program and referencing medical prevention guidelines, a professional team analyzed and optimized the examination items. New programs cover core areas including cardiovascular and cerebrovascular conditions, metabolic disorders and tumor screening to facilitate early detection, diagnosis and treatment of diseases. Employees can gain comprehensive insights into their physical conditions through newly added tests and adopt prevention and treatment measures based on professional advice to effectively protect their health.

To ensure smooth implementation and better service quality, the company held full communication and coordination with the hospital. Additional hospital navigators were arranged to guide employees to examination rooms and boost efficiency. Meanwhile, the company secured a preferential package enabling employees’ family members to receive the same physical examinations at their own expense. Special Sunday sessions and shuttle bus services were provided to resolve scheduling difficulties caused by heavy workloads. Upon completion of the check-ups, a satisfaction questionnaire was distributed to collect extensive feedback, laying a data foundation for further optimizing health services next year.
