Recently, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions released the list of enterprises selected for the 2026 Boosting Program for Deepening the Reform of the Industrial Worker Team. Sinochem Dongda, an affiliate of the Chlor-Alkali Business Division, has been successfully selected, making it the sole selected enterprise within Sinochem Holdings.

This Program constitutes an important initiative to thoroughly implement the Opinions of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on Deepening the Reform of the Industrial Worker Team. The theme for 2026 is "SOEs Setting an Example to Drive Progress, Private Enterprises Pursuing Quality Improvement and Expanding Coverage". Through paired joint development between state-owned and private enterprises, the Program guides and supports enterprises to fully implement the measures set forth in the Opinions, systematically summarizes experience and practices of participating enterprises, and drives enterprises to advance deeper reform, better quality and wider coverage of the industrial worker team reform.

Currently, Sinochem Dongda is in an exploratory phase of deepening the reform.
